ABOUT US

We are passionate specialists in Dim Sum and Asian cuisine. Our training began in London, where some of the best Asian restaurants in Europe can be found, and ended in Singapore, the current nucleus of this ancient culinary culture, alongside Hong Kong. As we toured Asia, gastronomy and more specifically Dim Sum was our main focus. We decided to settle in Brasil where we opened the first Dim Sum bar there while simultaneously organising events in Brasil, Spain and Portugal.

In 2020, we moved to Lisbon. Our new adventure began with catering for private events and residencies in various renown places. To respond to the wishes of our growing and loyal clientele we chose to open a small local and then a bigger one while continuing to offer our catering services.

We are proud to have become in so little time a culinary reference in Lisbon when it comes to South East Asian cuisine and the art of making Dim Sum. We love to experiment with ancestral and current preparation techniques, elaborating and cooking classical and contemporary recipes, traditional and of our own creation. 

We studied the development and evolution of this rich and ancient Cantonese tradition that is captivating people from all over the world.

Unfortunately, Dim Sum has been devalued due to the commercialisation of frozen industrial products that have nothing in common with the original aside from sharing its shape and name.

ONE OF OUR OBJECTIVES IS TO GIVE THIS CUISINE THE PRESTIGE IT DESERVES, REMAINING LOYAL TO ITS TRADITION.

Our Dim Sum are entirely homemade, from the dough to the filling. We choose only the best products for the elaboration of our dishes
